Spicy Fried Spaghetti with Seafood

A culinary adventure made of fried spaghetti, chopped chillies and one’s favourite seafood.

6 shrimps

16 small dried scallops

1 squid

1 tbsp minced garlic

4pcs dried chili pepper

200g spaghetti

2 tbsp soy sauce

Sugar to taste


Directions

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions until tender. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Rinse and slice the squid into rings. Peel and devein the shrimps. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan until hot. Add the garlic, chili bean paste and dried chilli peppers.

Step 4

Add squid, small dried scallops and shrimps. Stir well.

Step 5

Add spaghetti, soy sauce and sugar. Ready to serve.
