Stir-Fry Young Ginger with Beef and Mixed Pepper

Can you distinguish the tastes of different bell peppers? Spice the dish up with young ginger and beef for a visual and gastronomic delight.


Serves 2 | Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

200g beef

100g ginger

Half red bell pepper

Half green bell pepper

Half yellow pepper
Salt to taste

50ml water

 

Marinade

1tsp sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

Ground white pepper to taste

Corn starch to taste


Directions

Step 1

Peel the ginger and cut it into slice. Slice the peppers and beef. Marinade it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the beef about half way cook. Set aside.

Step 3

Stir-fry the ginger and peppers until fragrant. Add about 50ml water, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add the beef back and stir-fry until the beef is cooked. Ready to serve.
